At AmericanHomeFurniture, we want you to love your new home additions; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible furniture items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully Repackage the item in its original box; for large furniture pieces, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience.

• 3.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once the furniture arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return condition standards.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
